Market Day news

The Tea Cosy Festival’s Bendigo Bank Market Day is shaping up to be an awesome family day!
In addition to the market stalls (showcasing local producers and creative types) and food stalls (seriously delish!) we have music in the shape of The McCrackens (mining a rich seam of hillbilly, country and folk), Blind Cobbler’s Thumb (serving up some wicked Irish music) and the Dirty Stopouts (covering your favourites from the 1970s to the 1990s). Then there’s the always-fabulous Ron the Clown, Havana Palava (wonder what they’ll be wearing?), plus a Puppet Show in the Hall and the Childrens Café at the Fish Creek Kindy.

Too many things to do!

And don’t forget, the Tea Cosy Exhibition, the Tea Trees Talking installation and all the local galleries and cafés will be open. See you on the Fish Creek Village Green, Saturday 26 May 2018 (10am – 3pm).

  1. Heard the Blind Cobblers Thumb at the Sandy point Music Club and Charlie Brown Day over Easter. Awesome! A guest from Ireland thought they were imports from his homeland.

    1. One of our committee members saw them at the Charlie Brown Day and she said they were great. Hope you are coming along to see them and the other bands we have for the day 🙂
