SUMMARY:A day of sitting and walking meditation with Dosen
DESCRIPTION:May 25		\n\n					\n				 @ 			\n			\n				9:00am			\n		\n									\n					 - 				\n			\n							\n					5:00pm				\n			\n						 \n\n\nOpen to beginners and experienced meditation practitioners alike! You are welcome to come to any number of the sessions – all four  or just one. \n\nBrief instructions will be given at the beginning of each session. \nSession One  9 – 11am \nSession Two 11am – 12.45pm \n(Lunch break 12.45 – 1.30pm: Please bring your own lunch. Tea will be provided.) \nSession Three 1.30 – 3.30pm \nSession Four   3.30 – 5pm \n$5 at the door per session (no bookings required) \nPlease dress comfortably. Chairs\, benches\, cushions available. \n\nThis opportunity is not an official event of the Fish Creek Tea Cosy Festival\, it is a gift from our guest Dosen for the local community and visitors to the festival.
