2022 Festival
The sixth Fish Creek Tea Cosy Festival was held from Saturday 14 May to Sunday 22 May 2022. The festival theme was Seasons. The challenge for tea cosy crafters was to craft a tea cosy representing spring, summer, autumn or winter…or any other season observed or celebrated. Of course those not feeling seasonal could enter a cosy in the Traditional or Exuberant Whimsy categories, and there were also categories specifically for children.

Entries to the Tea Cosy Competition did not disappoint in their creativity and our judges Robyn Lauder and Heather Gibson had a difficult time deciding the winners.
One of the highlights of the first weekend was the Guinness World Record attempt at the Biggest Tea Cosy. Other events across the nine days of the festival included Action Station, Tea Essentials, Creative Brews, a vintage teapot exhibition, Tea Cosy Cabaret, a Tea and Cheese pairing event, Confluence theatre performance, High Tea, a Fishy Composter workshop and the Bendigo Bank Market Day.
