A day of sitting and walking meditation with Dosen

Open to beginners and experienced meditation practitioners alike! You are welcome to come to any number of the sessions – all four or just one. Brief instructions will be given at the beginning of each session. Session One 9 – 11am Session Two 11am – 12.45pm (Lunch break 12.45 – 1.30pm: Please bring your own lunch. Tea will be provided.) Session Three 1.30 – 3.30pm Session Four 3.30 – 5pm $5 at the door per session (no bookings required) Please dress comfortably. Chairs, benches, cushions available.
